Chaverim of South Florida is a volunteer organization that
responds to a wide range of urgent, non-medical needs.
With over 50 dedicated members, we answer more than
3,600 calls each year — from flat tires and jump starts to car
and home lockouts, including urgent situations involving a
child locked in a vehicle or home, out-of-gas emergencies,
cars stuck in sand, item retrieval, electrical outages,
and assisting the elderly or those who need extra help.
Wherever and whenever a helping hand is needed, our
trained volunteers are there for the community. With a
spirit of true friendship and care, our goal is simple:
to make life a little easier and safer for every resident of
South Florida. We’re always just a call away.
